Rikugien Gardens is one of the best spot in Tokyo for go see autumn leaves.Even not autumn season,you can see amazing Japanese garden.In additional Why I recommend it is good location!It's just belong the Yamanote line(Yamanote line is most famous and convenient train line in Japan)
There is some traditional event from Oct 29th to Nov 6th and You can see autumn leaves with light up(illuminations)from Nov 19th to Dec 7th!Why don't you go there?:)
