Hi everyone,
just to let you know that if you are in Tokyo and want to visit some place around (short distance), the taxi fares in the 23 wards of Tokyo have been lowered to 410yen instead of 730yen !! I think it's a good idea to use it if you want to travel for less than 1.5 km because it will cost you only 410yen for around 1km. Otherwise, it will cost you more than the previous rate.
