My name is Dave and I will be traveling from Tokyo to Osaka on either May 4th or 5th with my girlfriend Kaitlyn. We are looking to share a ride with anyone going to Osaka on either of those dates. We will help with gas and entertainment on the ride down. We are currently backpacking the world and decided to give this site and forum a try and see if anyone is going from Tokyo to Osaka on either of those two dates. Any help would be much appreciated! Indeed, Tokyo -> Osaka is a pretty common travel in Japan as well as the reverse one (Osaka -> Tokyo). I suggest you to create directly a plan via the "create plan " button in the main menu.

Don't know if you will secure a Japan Rail pass or a S18K but you can add "via places" when you create a plan. It means that you should also consider a route such as Tokyo -> Nagoya -> Osaka for example.

The more "via places" you put the better chance you will have to attract members going (or starting from this place).

If you are not sure about your departure, there is an option "not decided yet" for dates.
