1. Noritomosan (hereafter referred to as “this club”) is a community that enjoys travelling in Japan. The aim of this club is to find friends and create drives plans (referred as rideshare) or events plans (referred as event) with others members in this community who share the same interests.

2. The objective of this club is to enjoy driving and to attend events. It is NOT a transportation service, nor group that supports or procures such services.

3. You MUST have a complete comprehension of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as terms of use) before registering and using our service (hereinafter referred to as service).

1. This service is provided and member’s personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

2. Before using or browsing this website, you must read our privacy policy and confirm its contents. Once you consent to our privacy policy, you can start using and browsing this website. If you don't consent to our privacy policy, do not use or browse this website.

1. Member’s names and email addresses will not displayed to other members. However, some items pertaining to your account such as profile registration, driver registration, drive plan registrations (including all comments), site history, assessment, etc... will be accessible by people not registered as members.

1. The member registration of this club is free.

1. The total fees per person for joining a plan will consist exclusively of travelling expenses (gasoline, road tolls, parking) divided between members. In case of a surplus at the end of a plan, the total refund must be adjusted and split evenly between all members.Please be aware that, except for the transportation fees quoted above, any fees demanded for the purposes of making a profit or any violation of road transport laws such as driving without diver's license may incur severe legal penalties. This club takes absolutely no responsibility for any legal penalties incurred in any such cases.

1. This club can if needed, at any moment change, add or delete the content of this website without prior notification. This includes the possibility of closing or suspending the website as well.

2. However, if the club has decided that a change will have a significant impact on its members, a prior notification will be sent, and the decision will be effective upon the uploading of this notice to the official website.

3. Moreover, if such notification is delivered by email, the decision will be reagrded as effective from the moment the email is delivered. The club will not take any responsibility for damaged incurred by late or undelivvered emails.

1. On the member registration page, you are required to fill out your nickname, first name, last name, email, gender, nationality, place residence in Japan (Prefecture) etc. You can also register via Facebook. In the latter case, only a part of your Facebook information must be submitted (however, name, first name, email, will not be displayed on your public profile).

2. The registrant must be the same person as the actual member; you may not register using another person’s personal information. Moreover, multiple registrations are forbidden.

3. While entering information on the member registration, profile, driver registration, plan registration, you must enter only true and exact information. In the event of a change in status, members are responsible for keeping their information current.

4. Concerning changes to registered information: if you do not register changes to your status, the club will treat all currently registered information as current.

5. Log-ins in to this website using a member’s log-in and password will be regarded as having been done by the applicable member themselves

1. On this website, you must register a valid email account, perform a member authenticity check through SMS message via mobile phone, and upload your meeting photo. Upload your driving license remain optional. Except your meeting photo, when you register your personal identification information, it will not be displayed on your public profile.

2. When you click on [Create a plan](or want to answer to a member) or [Join as participant], your profile information, SMS check and Meeting photo are required. In the event of lack of prior acquaintance, the creator of the plan plan and its participants must verify their identities (including Meeting photo, driving license) before proceeding with the lift.

1. Drivers using the services of this website must possess a valid driver's license and the right to own and or use a car in Japan.

2. This club supports foreigners visiting or living in japan as well. Consequently, people desiring travel with foreigners should be aware of cultural differences such as manners, language, etc..

3. In the event of any alteration to a previously confirmed plan plan (such as scheduled dates, places of departure and or arrival, route, event content, number of participants, costs, etc) or delay, cancellation or postponement of the plan, the driver or event organizer is responsible for promptly contacting all concerned members via private my plan and explaining any personal reasons for the change.

4. Moreover, because it might inconvenience other participants, please do not cancel at the last minute. If for some reasons, you have to cancel your lift, you must use your private message box to promptly contact the driver or the event organizer and explain your personal reason for the cancellation.

5. This club takes absolutely no responsibility for any accident or incident occurring between members or a third party through the use of this site.

6. This club has no responsibility to examine and verify the registered information of its members (including driver's license, driver experience, car insurance, car equipment, comment, content of created plans, private message box between members)

On this website, the use of the service is limited to the planning and execution of plan events.

In order to properly run the club service, if any member is judged by the club to fall under any of the categories below or to have performed any of the following acts (including also any kind of incitement or preparation for such acts), the designated member's data (including posted content) will be deleted without prior notification. Your account may also be deleted as well (please note that in case of multiple registration, everything will be deleted). In such cases the club has no obligation to tell the member any reasons regarding its decision.

• People under 18 years of age

• Violating any local laws in Japan or the terms of use of this website

• Registering or posting any personal information judged by this website to be false or misleading

• Causing an injustice, trouble or monetary damages to another member or third party exceeding a common sense range. Any member receiving conspicuously low evaluations from other members

• Gross Infringement of social norms, or public order and/or violation of the basic rights of or causing a disturbance to a third party, including all kind of publications, disclosures, electronic submissions

• Collecting, posting or publishing any secret or proprietary information related to this service gained while a member of this club

• Any representation or expression related to the selling of sexual acts or the posting of links or online dating website or the creation of unauthorized plan of opposite sex. Text or images of obscenity, child pornography or child abuse.

• All conduct and or posts determined to be promoting descrimination such as based on race or country of origin

• Using this website for a purpose different from the above “purpose of use” or any abusive utilization of this service

• Using the website as pyramid scheme or pyramid selling, or any posts or solicitations that are judged to be promoting such activities

• Use this website for profit or any other methods designed to make profit from this site, including secondary use and reproduciton of its content

• Using the registration of an other member to use this service

• Submission or disclosure of other member’s passwords and registration information (including disclosure to third parties)

• The destruction or disturbance of any hardware/software functions, or any kind of program interference etc..

• The destruction or disturbance of club servers or any network functions

• Interfering with any advertisements placed on this website, or any advertisement broadcast by members themselves

• Members of antisocial groups (including past members) as well as persons related to such groups

• A long period of disuse of this site and or its services

• When it has been judged that trust has been lost or will be difficult to maintain with a member

1.Noritomosan Club reserves the right to delete any posted content (textes, images, links) judged inappropriate.

2.Do not upload images you didn't take or don’t have permission to use (copyright). If there is people on the picture, make sure you have their consent.

3.The full content or a part of it can be shared on SNS media by Noritomosan Club or viewers of the site.

4.All posted content are not the opinions of Noritomosan Club. There are no garantee about the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of these contents.

The Noritomosan club reserves the right to delete immediately any data of a registered member if the posted content fall in the following rules

3.Breaks the law and regulations, the terms and conditions of our service, or any act contrary to public order and morality

4.Any act contrary to this site and the third party human rights as well as the intellectual property rights

6.If you use the ID of another member to post content without permission

7.If the content is judged contrary to public order and morality

8.If the content might be affiliated to a crime

9.Other, if Noritomosan Club has judged the topic as inappropriate

The club reserves the right to terminate the activities of an member judged to be using this service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose and to file a claim to recover any profits thereby obtained by such methods.

In the case where an act committed by a member results in a damage claim against the club, the member will be responsible for all monetary damages (including legal fees) accrued.

All technical information, Industrial property rights, programming, copyrights, other property rights as well as any property in association with the club are owned by this club. Any replication or sale of the above is forbidden without explicit written permission acquired in advance.

The club or (a third party) has the possibility of publishing advertisements on the website as well as sending ads to members via email.

The club will not take any responsibility in the following cases for any direct or indirect damages to members or a third party.

• This service and information is not gauranteed to be free of defects and or bugs.

• Any unclear or inappropriate results, content, expressions, acts etc.. pertaining to this service

• Any damages caused by site access interference or maintenance; unauthorized access, viruses, or other compromises to website security; data loss from the server, or any damages to members’ computers or communication lines

• The content of any advertising included in the E-mails sent by this club or this website. The club has no obligation to backup any of the members data stored on its server, members themselves have to perform this backup. However, if an improvement and/or a maintenance is required, the club will perform appropriate duplication of previously stored data.

2. However, in case of subscribed, unfinished plan or events, you will not be able to unsubscribe until you cancel them all.

3. Moreover, once unsubscribed, the terms of use are still applicable to the member. However, unless there is a special reason, we will not send you any further notifications (email, etc..).

1. These terms of use, are established, enforced and interpreted under Japanese law.

Moreover, this service (including the published content, advertisements) or any dispute between the club and its members will be judged exclusively by Tokyo first court.

In case of a discrepancy between Japanese law (in direct relation with the above quoted rule) and a particular section of these terms of use, the Japanese law take the first priority only in that section. However, any other section of this terms of use must be respected under any and all circumstances.
